Getting Paid for Doing What They Love
Two young men from the Club discuss why following their passion is so important to them as they forge their career paths

Adam Pichirilo
This 22-year-old was the featured speaker at the 2009 Club Tech Digital Arts Festival awards ceremony at Boys & Girls Clubs of America headquarters in Atlanta. In sharing his story, Adam told the audience how he first identified his passion for marketing as a member of Boys & Girls Club of Chicopee, Mass.
Following high school, he made a longtime dream real by moving to New York City. After studying at New York Institute of Technology and interning at fashion house Baby Phat, Adam went solo, launching Pichi Marketing & Communications in 2008. Today he uses his skills to counsel fashion -- another passion -- and entertainment industry clients on branding and communications strategies.

Raymond, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver
Though he won’t graduate high school until 2010, 17-year-old Raymond has already established his own business, Motive Web Designs. Find out why the 2009 Digital Arts Festival national winner in Web Tech is determined to be a successful web designer.
