Teen Reporter's Sights Set On Courtroom
Ayanna Wade has interviewed stars like Olympic hero Michael Phelps and R&B star Mario. But as she heads to college, her goal is to be a lawyer

Graduation Date: May 23
Feelings about Graduation: I have already graduated. However, up to this point, it's all been so surreal. Now that it's over, I look back on all that I've been through and I feel a great sense of accomplishment. I'm so proud of myself and all that I've done thus far.
Advice to Club members: Never Give Up!!! High school may seem overwhelming and even pointless at times. But before you know it, the years have flown by and it's over. In the end, it's worth the struggles, the late nights and all the studying because it prepares you to compete in the world and attain success.
Future Plans: I leave for college in August. I have yet to decide what school to attend but I will be making my choice very soon. I plan to major in political science and eventually become an attorney.
Favorite Club memories: I love the Club but what I'll miss most is the staff. I've been at the Club for the past nine years and I've seen a lot of staff come and go. However, the bonds I've forged with most of them will never be forgotten. I've loved them and I keep in touch with them so that I'll always have someone to talk to.
What were some of the exciting things you did as a myclubmylife reporter? I've been to national and regional (Southeast) Keystone conferences, interviewed Bow Wow, Mario, Michael Phelps, chatted with Sammie, reported at the 1st Annual BET Hip Hop Awards, and many other things.
In 10 years ... I will have already graduated law school two years before and should be working at a law firm as a lawyer.
